Can't review product because I haven't received it yet. But what i can say is this. If your going to supply a customer with a tracking number, you may want to include the shippers name eg, FedEx, ups etc etc. It's very difficult trying to find a location of one's package without all the information.

Website is easy to use and ordering was smooth with no hiccups.

Just hope installing this hitch is as easy as buying it
