Ordered this hitch and it arrived within a few days. It came in a box which was surprising, but it protected the hitch well. There was no damage to the hitch or wiring harness. The hitch fit very well but did require drilling 2 holes as other reviews have mentioned. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase, and the install was easy if you are the least bit mechanically inclined.
