Shipped with no padding so mine arrived damaged.

Nice ramp. Perfect length. Ramp is very slippery. It has grooves in it but still very slippery. Have to hold dogs rear so she doesn't slide off.

Still waiting for replacement hardware

Never got a receipt. Had to call and wait on hold to track down delivery schedule. No assembly and installation instructions included, had to go on line. Also picture showed a foot to adjust height but it does not have one

Solid, but OMG it's so heavy. As another reviewer mentioned, you will need a good tap & die kit to ream out the painted, rusted, and damaged threads. Even with this I was unable to attach two bolts. Actually broke my tap and die kit!
