One of the spring loaded pins broke after the third USA and I can’t find a replacement

First package was lost with UPS. Titan Ramps sent second package that was delivered thru FedEx with a cheap bottle of wine in the box and not what I had ordered. Not sure if they will make it right.

Service was awesome but unfortunately the ramp was not secure enough for me to feel comfortable pushing my mother up and down .

Parts missing, damaged product, poor packaging.

Box was destroyed. Parts missing. Customer Service ? Third person finally told me to go online and file a claim. Don’t know why he couldn’t do this while I was on the phone with him!!
