Only updated after parts were received(10 days later). when ordered I was under the assumption that parts were in stock. I'm ok with them having to order from OEM, just poor communication

I have waited 3 weeks for the products I ordered. And even paid expedited shipping. Finally after 3 weeks I get an email saying it is being shipped. Finally!!! And customer service was no help because they didn’t know what was going on. Terrible!!!!!!! I will never order a part from here again.

Received the wrong item. Was told I would have to return item in person and then reorder the item again.

I received the right part but I was forced to pay $20 for shipping and it didn't ship until a week after! That's a absolutely absurd and a ripoff!
