Ordered part, lost it, had to reorder again.... Still not delivered almost a month later

How do you lose a part that was just ordered? Well, they managed to do it... Still waiting for delivery...

Terrible shipping

Ordered part on 1-8-20. Received notice parts were ready to be shipped on 9th with tracking number. Forward ahead 10 days and tracking still shows pre-shipment status UPSP awaiting item. Will be contacting them to cancel order and refund. Total waste of a third of a month.
