The Dallas Parts Distribution Center

Been waiting for the grille for my truck for over a week, first came in broken when the second one came in, I was told it would be sent two day last Thursday, finally sent out this morning the 21st, I'll maybe receive it Friday. I do thank Isaac for his hard work.

The price was excellent, how ever I know you can't control the mail but. When they tell you it is going to be here on a certain date it should be there if you have help coming for that day.

Have not received the part as of 01/13/2020

Shipping cost for a 1 inch piece of plastic was outrageous. Shipping cost more than the item!

The people are great, the parts are awesome, but the service in ordering using the website is dismal. First, DPDC does not support all web browsers, mainly Google Chrome. Secondly, I have had my order canceled a couple of times without any warning or cause. I would just get an email stating it was canceled due to unusual activity. Mind you, I have ordered from the same website at least a dozen times using the same credit card and same address, but I always would go and pick up the package. When I did confront some of the employees to find out what I might be doing incorrectly they stated you aren't it is just that sometime the "system" will do that. There's got to be a reason.
