Great Parts, Great People, horrible ordering system.
The people are great, the parts are awesome, but the service in ordering using the website is dismal. First, DPDC does not support all web browsers, mainly Google Chrome. Secondly, I have had my order canceled a couple of times without any warning or cause. I would just get an email stating it was canceled due to unusual activity. Mind you, I have ordered from the same website at least a dozen times using the same credit card and same address, but I always would go and pick up the package. When I did confront some of the employees to find out what I might be doing incorrectly they stated you aren't it is just that sometime the "system" will do that. There's got to be a reason.
