I ordered a Bezel for

I ordered a Bezel for my F250 1994 XLT 7.3. The Bezel I received was not for a Diesel. I then ordered a Speed sensor for the transmission and I'm not sure what type of sensor you are sending but the price tells me it's not the correct part. I tried to call several times and was unable to get through. So I ordered the correct parts from a ford dealer. Not real happy even though I had supplied my VIN number.

Came quick once shipped

Ordered a part and elected priority shipping and it said 2-3 days. After 3 days I didn't receive any shipping update so I called twice to get the status of my part. It was still at the distribution center, and hadn't been picked to ship. After my phone call it finally got shipped out. I think somewhere the ball dropped , I had the part a week after my order not terrible but not priority either

Price was ok, process was slow

Since I needed 2 of the parts and you only had one I ordered the same part from another vendor on the same day. I received that one 4 days sooner!

Just OK

Slow to ship. Paid for expedited shipping, ordered on Sunday website says will ship next day. (Didn't) Also they put it on snail mail. Part was good and repair is finished.
