Very poor communication.

Very poor communication. Called multiple times and they didn’t answer. I put my order in online because it showed they had all the parts I needed. I was notified by email that two parts were on back order so I had them cancel those two items. When I got the shipping notice I saw a part number was was wrong so I called and emailed to let them know they were sending me a wrong part. No response…. . shipment got to my house and sure enough I had 1 rear spring and 1 front spring. I had to order 2 new matching front springs and 2 matching rear springs from another source to get the vehicle back together. I sent a notice to RFD that I wanted a free return shipment label sent for the wrong part and they sent the return label but deducted the return shipping costs from my refund. I will use a different company next time

I ordered the wrong part

I ordered the wrong part by accident and reach out to you several times via telephone message and email. Never received a returned call or email. Very disappointing.
