They understood what happened and when they replied , it included a return label for the part , refund details and a link to an order for the correct product. Would highly recommend their business. They wanted a VIN number that I didn’t have and that slowed down the process. Why I didn’t have a VIN number? Because the parts are going into a complete different make and model. After that was cleared up, everything went like planned.
