Never received the part.

Worst communication I’ve ever gotten from someone I paid good money to buy something from. I had to keep inquiring on updates and found it was back ordered and was never told it was back ordered. I paid for expedited 2 day shipping in the original order and still have not received the item. I should be refunded the cost of shipping. Terrible!

I specifically called so I can speak to someone and get the correct part I needed. After 2 weeks the part came in and to my disappointment it was not the correct part. I've been trying for 2 weeks to get it exchanged and have Mopar pay for the return since an employee was the one the caused me getting the wrong part. I have an email chain of run on questions and still nothing forth for a return or exchange. I am very disappointed and frustrated with my experience.

Still haven't received part

Paid for overnight shipping and I received product 4 days later. Requested a shipping refund and was denied.
