I ordered a seat handle and needed to exchange it because it was the wrong color. No one has returned my calls and emails. It’s been three weeks since I’ve started the process. I decided to send the part back before it was to late to return it and hopefully I will receive credit for it. Terrible customer service!

Wrong parts shipped and they will not refund you for the return shipping.

I paid for the parts

I paid for the parts and shipping, when the part arrived, they tried to collect an extra $46 for shipping. I've tried contacting Mopar Parts via their own website, I've also tried email addresses listed on their website to no avail. I've had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. This website is deceitful with no support.
