Mopar Parts

It was not the part I need they told me my vin # was not right. I resend it they still could not find what I needed but sent something that was to big and told me that they said it was no return or refund.

I got sent the wrong part, the product picture doesn’t match what I got sent. They haven’t called me or emailed me back. It’s been 2 days since then.

I ordered a trim for my Jeep GC and 2 of the clips came broken. Price is excellent, but packaging materials are terrible.

Part arrived broken. Return process took forever to coordinate. Wanted to check compatibility of another part and still waiting on response. Website unclear about the compatibility. Have a 2015 Dodge Charger SXT and trying to replace some trim. Part seems nonexistent on the website for the 2015, just want to know if the 2016 will work. Ordered wrong part because it was unclear what it was but it was broken anyways when it got here.

Package was open when delivered. Luckily, the product was not damaged.
