The part looks good, but does not fit over the antenna base without modification. After cutting the piece so that it would fit, it still doesn’t form closely to the shape of the fender.

I bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee I needed a cargo cover for the trunk. I went online and found it through your website. I entered the vin number and it gave me an awesome deal on the cover. It was retailing for $130. I ordered it. I believe it was a day or 2 days later your employee calls and says that this one actually won't match and that the color is different (tan and black and I needed All black). So I say okay well let's make sure the thing matches. He then tells me that it will be almost 40 dollars more because of the color. I told him that that was ridiculous and asked was there anything that he could do. He said no. I then said that I didn't think that was right when the picture of the one I was ordering showed it was all black and $130. I then asked him if he had any discounts for 1st responders and said that I work for law enforcement and am a 1st responder. He said no and that he was already not making a lot off the sale. I told him that that wasn't right and that I am backed into a corner. He then said well you don't have to buy it and I can just cancel your order and you can look somewhere else. I was very annoyed at this point and told him that with this pandemic going on I have nowhere to go to find this product. At the time nothing was open and I needed a cover to hide my work gear. I said that I am backed into a corner and have no other choice. I have never ordered from your company before and can pretty much guarantee that I won't ever again after this experience. I got my cover and what I needed but the customer service was terrible. During a pandemic especially I feel more could have been done to rectify the situation rather then literally saying I am not making much off this purchase so I basically don't care about you and the product you're buying. Case by case basis need to be taken more into consideration and more needed to be done in my opinion. I do not recommend shopping at this site if they care more about the dollar than the customer and the customers experience.

I followed the guide on the webpage. Waited a week for the parts and they were still the wrong color and size.
