Mopar Parts

The order process was good. The system helped me to ensure I had the right part for my vehicle. The service was slow. If I am paying premium price for a simple part of my vehicle the timeline should have been faster to process and ship. The selection of this part was standard nothing special.

I hate to rate when it's all not complete but I ordered a part they sent an email asking for the vin # and still sent the wrong part. I have called left messages sent emails and now can't get anyone to respond so I can return for the correct part. Almost 3 weeks now.

Shipping..it says I should receive it by Feb 16, but it is showing no activity in shipping since Feb 12! The response I received was, I see it’s in motion! It’s a part I need, that’s why I ordered it online, I thought it would be quicker!

I ordered the part that I needed they did help get the right part BUT when the part came in it came in with a chip, the lack of communication I was not satisfied with they claimed they ordered several (right side rearview mirrors) and they were all coming in the same. They offered to discount 20$ and I could just get it fixed at a shop but then took that offer back. They said they had another mirror coming and it had the same chip so I got a return label and sent the part back they said they ordered another and the same thing with that one so must be a manufacturer thing...and they just took it upon themselves to refund me my money, so they don’t want my business bad enough and after playing phone tag with them it wasn’t really worth it! I ordered this part end of January and it is now getting resolved on 2/24/2021..I just feel like if they wanted to actually satisfy a customer they would of said hey keep the part and go to your local shop and we will deduct what it cost you to get it fixed (as far as the chip) and I would have settled for that if they couldn’t give me a perfect mirror then that would of been nice to be offered!
