Great company, when parts are in stock. Quick delivery and a phone call. But when parts need to be ordered, it’s crickets. I contacted them several ways, several times, and finally got the call and info I was waiting for. Yes, they order the parts and get the process going, but you don’t find that out til much later. So I have mixed feelings. I’ll still use them, but only if I have a loose schedule to wait.

Parts were reasonably priced. Wait time was really lengthy. From the date of order to the date of shipping was 10 days. Everything was accurate. All in all it was a good experience simply because I didn't need the parts right away.

Easy to navigate site , part arrived quickly .

Product was great, customer service was absolutely garbage.

The part did not fit, but I assume I ordered the wrong item. Maybe, maybe not.
