Everything got fixed that needed to but ended up getting some bad scratches on my glove box from mishandling

Ordered my paint pen early in the day on June 29, early enough to get same day shipping. It wasn't shipped till July 7. Just a form letter text response to my email on July 2 with no follow up. Finally received it today July 13. Will not be purchasing again.

your site would not finalize my order until I enter vehicle VIN which was a nuisance and totally unnecessary for a paint stick. Took 3 extra days to ship a paint stick because I had already replied to your request for VIN and told you that the color code of the paint stick matched the color code of my car. You did not reply back so I thought the part had shipped, when actually your check-out site was still waiting for me to send a VIN.

Postal service delivered to the wrong zip code so I can't say how the parts were.

I got my stuff much sooner than I was expecting. However, the part does not fit my car. While the part numbers are correct, the parts themselves are the wrong physical version for my cars wiper blades. I need the same part number in the older/narrow profile. VIN was checked while ordering.
