Ordering the parts for my car was easy, and the updates were great at first. However, communication stopped, and I had to wait a week before emailing to get an update, only to find out the parts had already arrived. Overall, it was a great experience, but more consistent communication would make it even better.

The only negative I found was that the shipping seemed a bit high for what I ordered.

Purchased a 2024 CX-5 from the Island Mazda in NYC, and the shift interlock center was missing. Although, they promised to replaced it, it was easier to order it vs driving to them. Great part. The shipping was more expensive than the part. But all good.

Fast delivery, go exactly what I ordered.

Order was originally cancelled despite verification email, quick phone called fixed all problems. Have recommended to friends.
