Order was originally cancelled despite verification email, quick phone called fixed all problems. Have recommended to friends.

Item arrived in great condition. The order to delivery took longer than expected is the only thing that was surprising.

Price was good for the intermediate shaft. Local dealer wanted $525. With shipping paid around $300. Packaging was not good. Only a small styrofoam block for protection. Dust seal was bent but was able to correct it.

A little slow on order and shipping. Still ok

The parts were OEM & matched my 2025 CX-50 perfect. Customer service was a little slow to respond to questions is my only complaint
