Shipping took quite awhile. For $14 in shipping, I didn’t expect the parts to take almost 2 weeks to arrive. High quality parts with a wait.

The website was unclear and caused me to order the wrong parts. Your rep contacted me to correct the order and I had to pay more money for what I needed.

It was 50/50 for me

Slow shipping and wrong part shipped. Returns policy is overly complicated since most people don’t want to sit on hold forever
