Slow shipping and wrong part shipped. Returns policy is overly complicated since most people don’t want to sit on hold forever

I ordered 2 front wiper inserts (i. e. 2 strips of rubber). This took 2 weeks to deliver and cost $42. 69 including paying $13. 65 for shipping. I will be looking elsewhere next time I need parts.

Shipping charges too high. Over 50 dollars for one 5 pound box. Not good!!

It took too long.
