Received wrong part

Providing car model and VIN is meaningless. I now bear the cost of wrong parts being sent.

Took a week for them to ship the wrong part to me after I communicated with them for TWO DAYS; with pictures, about which part I wanted. Had to take a day off work because the shipment required a signature for delivery, for the incorrect part. The company offered absolutely NOTHING in restitution and didn’t even offer to get me the correct part. Terrible company and terrible experience.
