BMW of Spokane

My parts came poorly packaged. There was no extra foam/paper/filler material in the box to keep the parts from bouncing around. The $400 wiper motor had come out of its box and was loose in the shipping box.

Part arrived in a box with ZERO instructions on how to install

Site did not mention part was out of order which made the expedited shipping method paid for delay service

Was trying to buy a wind deflector for the z4 but the product shown for the parts and what was received were totally different. Return was easy and no issue with service but having to pay return shipping and restocking fee for deceptive photos of the parts being purchased is wrong.

Lack if communication items back orderd or in stock ?????
