BMW of Spokane

My order has been held up for weeks because I did not want to provide my VIN. I already checked my VIN against the part numbers but apparently I am not trustworthy enough to do this on my own.

got the wrong parts to my car n it took forever to receive.. sorry but I still got the parts u guys send

Returned unwanted part almost 2 months ago and didn’t receive any refund till now , no communications at all

Gave wrong part and didn’t try to fix it

Wrong part, they don’t answer phone, typical dealer substandard service
