Poor customer service

Firstly I have to say that I love my lift. But, the website is like a black whole as far as responding to calls and resolving my missing parts problem with my new lift delivery. I called the web-people 3-Times within a week and received no response. I emailed a phone sales rep, who said she couldn’t do anything because it was a website order. I finally called the phone sales rep and was able to convince her to get my hydraulic lines shipped so I could finish my install. Love my lift 😊

love the product...customer service not so great

after speaking extensively with a customer service rep to explain the issue and seal i needed, this is the seal i was sent as they could not figure out what else to send me. it is not the correct seal and i am still unable to use the turbo blaster. it seems to be that they do not sell that seal, so my only option is to buy a whole new head unit. so i bought a portable seal blaster from amazon for half the price. Im very disappointed in bendpak, and have spent a lot of money with them over the years, but their support for the items they sell has never been great. the customer service reps are fine and nice, but bendpak just doesn't offer easy ways to service what they sell. i will keep it in mind next time i buy shop equipment.
