BendPak

My order was missing a number of the parts/pieces to complete the assembly. Very frustrating for the money. it will work, but the top tray is missing 3 plates and multiple screws/nuts.

BendPak tech service were not familiar with the product. It take way to long for response to return the product.

I purchased bendpak lifts almost exclusively due to their one piece uprights on their lifts. When we did our build out I purchased 4 of them and one 14k four post. The products have been great. The ordering process was terrible. The rep misquoted me and screwed up my loan process causing me to come out of pocket for two whole lifts. When I’ve tried to order consumable parts and accessories the reps are incompetent and unhelpful. They only want to sell lifts. But they can’t even do that properly. I need two more lifts and will be ordering them through a vendor so I don’t have to deal with the sales team at bendpak. And our left location (and every location moving forward) will be utilizing a different brand.

Took weeks to send replacement parts and had to follow up many times before speaking to a human.
