I had some initial issues with 3 of the arm swivel pins not going all of the way thru the pin holes. There was a bit of misalignment where the 2 plates were welded together. Had to file down the overlap for the pins to go thru. Then found 1 arm stop gear wasn't dropping down to lock the arm.

Had some shipping issues but MaxJax team resolved it fast. (Freight company mix up.) Customer service was awesome. Product set up went well and 1 month in, very pleased. Advice you rent a big boy hammer drill for the 5/8 holes. Makes install a breeze.

I was one of the first to get the new model. I have had 0 issues with it, no leaks, exactly what I was hoping for. I have a post-tension slab in the garage and had a company map the floor and show me where the cables were, that was about $200. I used AW ISO 32 hydraulic oil.

I've had a great experience with MaxJax from beginning to end. I ordered online and then received a call to confirm my shipping details. I thought that was a nice touch. The package came within about a week and had it setup that weekend. Thanks!

Purchase and delivery were a 5 . Missing short hose so I can’t finish installing until I get the part.
