Would have given five stars, but the post clamps were missing and the posts themselves had broken loose during shipping. Overall still very pleased with the purchase.

No overall issue with the product. The issue is with the anchor bolts. I have mechanical skills & followed the directions to install the bolts but 3 didn't hold. I was not aware there was an epoxy that could be used as well.

Bought the 6K half height lift three years ago, but didn't use it much after installation, though I checked it out for full operation - it worked fine. After sitting unused for a coupe of years the unit would not lift when loaded, but would half heartedly lift when unloaded. I tried to trouble shoot the issue. No joy. I ended up ordering and replacing the power unit for the lift. It now works like a champ. It raises my car projects all the way to the four foot height in about 90 seconds. It is very stable and offers plenty of room underneath the car to do major work. I'm very happy with how it's working now, just wish I didn't have to replace the power unit. Will definitely look into getting the old power unit refurbished, to keep it on hand.

Great customer service!! Great product good build quality and materials! Received top of line ultimate package with recliner roller seat . It’s not the one pictured in product picture so it sits too tall and gets stuck on vehicle when under lift. Other than that this lift is a excellent product and use it all the time .
