I have not heard from you concerning the broken back up light assembly that I received

Placed an order for an item, quantity of 2. 18 days later, I have received only 1, and after multiple calls and emails, still no answer of when I m,ight get the second item I ordered. I would give ZERO stars if I could, and will never order from you again, and will advise others not to.

At the beginning of February 2024, I ordered an oil filter and brake pads for my Audi. My Order #2710-37953 - Placed on 02/06/2024 But I was only delivered an oil filter. The brake pads were not delivered to me and you did not tell me why. I wrote you 4 letters. But no one answered me. 2 days ago I called your company and told them what was happening. Your employee said he would call me back. But he deceived me. no one called me. You just canceled my order, you didn't deliver the brake pads to me.
