The part #s I ordered did not match my VIN. But no one ever contacted me. So I did a "contact us" form, twice. With no response. I called 3 times before I finally found out what was going on. Was told parts would ship that day but they didn't ship until following Monday. It will be a full month from order to getting the parts.

Slow Service NO Answer for mailing

It took 3 weeks to receive an item that was supposed to be in stock that I paid expedited shipping for. The customer service reps are unable to get a hold of the warehouse and poor at following through. I was charged expedited shipping for a item I received 2 weeks after I was supposed to.

The part itself was great and actually worked perfectly, but the shipping speed was completely ridiculous.. I paid about $20 for the best shipping option which was “expected” to get here at the 14th.. and it didn’t even actually arrive until the 21st, which is still even later than “expected” if I wouldn’t have paid for any type of extra shipping at all? I would like a refund for the money I spend on the shipping, but besides that, everything about the part itself was perfect
