Took a month for you to ship the product. Had to followup many times to get it filled. They had to substitute the original order given the VIN abut no excuse for the awful process

Thank you for asking my review. Part was put on order on 1/16/24 and still not delivered. This part is for 1992 Mercedes benz 400se actuator seal. At that time I am supposed to receive an email confirmation but failed. Could you expedite my order status and update me?

I ordered my car mats week ago and sad to say I still don't have them. using USPS is not wise as they are very unreliable. at the moment I am not very happy as this is the rainy season and I need those mats. I am sorry not to have a positive remark
