Took well over a month to receive items and many emails and phone calls to find out that products were backordered. This should have been communicated right away or before I ordered so I could make an informed decision.

I have never received my part

Purchase was easy on line. Received order number in my email. Paid for expedited shipping(5 days). When it didn’t arrive on time I used the track my shipment on the site and was told my order # didn’t exist. I called and left a VMx2 and nothing back. Used the web contact us and received a friendly email and new shipping info. Order is shipped and supposed to arrive in 2 more days. If it arrives. Original order on 11 Jan. New arrival date 28 Jan.
