I ordered the retractable step for ram 1500 when the box arrived it had been revealed with clear tape and one if 3 bolts was missing, ended up buying a new bolt install took less than half hour

Calling customer support to issue refund and exchange for wrong part.

Delivery sucked , longer then expected.

I received an email letting me know that my order should ship on the 16th of February. It was also stated that they would let me know when it shipped. As of today February 21, I still haven't received any follow-up emails.

delivery seems long and pricing seems high
