Took longer to get parts than I expected

Ordered and paid for two parts and only received one.

Received product damaged. Ends apparently weren’t protected enough to endure the rough handling of the carrier delivering.

I received a broken part...transmission retainer...I am still waiting for a replacement...it's holding up my project

Parts did not arrive. The shipping method that was used was to tape two pieces of cardboard together with the mats inbetween. The mats got lost somewhere in transit and all I ended up with was two pieces of cardboard.
