Nice products..took forever to get our order. Communication was subpar. Needed more frequent emails on order status. Was starting to wonder if I had made a mistake, but items were finally delivered and will hopefully be fine.

The company has the parts that I needed. The parts I ordered were purchased at a price lower than anywhere else My concern with the company is that unbeknownst to me I was charged with a an expedited shipping fee of over $13. And what is worst is that the shipping was not at all expedited because it took almost a week

Waiting for a refund

Service, delivery, etc . were good. Only problem, I received the wrong part. Just returned the part., waiting to see how they handle the refund. I had to pay return shipping and they threatened to charge me a 20% restocking fee. Could be costly for THEIR mistake.
