Was all good in the hood

All good and the delivery-time was adjusted to fit in round an important appointment I had. It was spooky having the scooter delivered at 8.30. in the evening .... after dark but it added to the excitement. My contact with urbanebikes was all good - thank you, Michael - and the delivery-driver was first class in all ways. I'm enjoying the scooter very much, too; it's living up to expectations and beyond although the fact it's electric means it has a quirk or two which need getting used to. Nothing serious or which spoils it, though. Very happy!

This is a top class outfit, which you will find amazingly helpful. They do what they say they will do, and keep you informed. Have already recommended them to others.

Can't rate the scooter and service more highly. Such an easy pleasant transaction and I couldn't believe the speed of delivery. The bike itself is incredibly nippy and well made. If I had one issue it would be how quiet it was as people don't hear me coming. Other than that excellent. And thanks for the mug nice touch.
