Can't rate the scooter and service more highly. Such an easy pleasant transaction and I couldn't believe the speed of delivery. The bike itself is incredibly nippy and well made. If I had one issue it would be how quiet it was as people don't hear me coming. Other than that excellent. And thanks for the mug nice touch.

I cannot recommend Urban Ebikes enough. Mike was incredibly helpful. Bike was delivered incredibly quickly and is beautiful! I'm so happy I won't have to get on the tube again. Electric bikes are the future and so much fun. Get one!
