They canceled our order after taking our money, than it took another 5 day's to get our money back.

Tried to cancel my order way before it shipped. Was sent a pre made email regarding garbage about the snowstorm that happened over a month prior. Clearly this company wasn't willing to give me my money back.

I received a completely unsafe dirt bike. Warped front rim, busted front inner tube, ripped handle grip, one whole side of the bike was scraped all the way up. Do not buy from them. Still haven’t been able to ride the bike and when I reached out to customer service I basically was told it’s shipping damages. They’ve said they’ll replace the smaller damaged items like inner tube and grip, but I got an email that implied they won’t send another rim with an attitude. So now I have to buy a whole new front rim before I can even ride the bike.

WORST purchase I ever made!

Should not be selling equipment they can"t support, No manuals, don't return phone calls, I think there's only one person there that I always get the same person after many tries, Who never has any answers, totally disatisfied, Russ
