Order processing was relatively simple, However its going on three weeks and i have yet to receive my scooter when it was "guaranteed" to arrive within a 7 - 10 day period, this is highly discouraging, for my consideration for any future purchases thru Tx power sports. i cant determine the quality of my product considering i have yet to receive it, not to mention the company that you all ship thru gave my scooter off to a supposed "partner" company, who apparently in turn pushed my order back yet another three days, so far my experience is horrendous
