I ordered my scooter at the beginning of March, 2021. Order finally came 5/9/2021. It was due to arrive the day before & was delayed without any communication from the company. Terrible customer service. Parts don’t fit cart & milled in the wrong spots. Bolts are missing & the cart sounds like it’s got a lot of lose parts. Chairs are missing screws which insure the chair doesn’t come out of cart. Damaged container. Missing steering wheel. Terrible product & I don’t feel safe allowing my children in it.

I ordered my moped on 4-13-21 and I still haven’t received it as of 5-2-21 so I’m a little upset about my purchase and all txpowersports will do is send me my tracking info that I can do myself

I received it damaged from trucking company. Sent back sent email to company. No reply yet. Called left message. Nothing. Not one word. Still don't know what going on. I guess they got paid. So to hell with me. Customer service lacks pretty sad really. I want my scooter no one calls me I'm about to cancel my order why should I be making payments on something I don't have and no one Returns the call pretty sad really
