Customer service could be better. But my bike came quickly so if the customer service was better they'd be A1.

I really only needed bushings for rear wheel studs. I had to buy a new rim entirely to recieve the correct set of 4 bushings, they sent me bushings for something way bigger and charged me $55 for them and they aren't even the correct parts that fit my rim, i made this known and was repeatedly told to send pictures just to still get the wrong parts,but they did reliably send something, and they did send me new rims I ordered, but I only ordered new rims because one came with correct parts.and they sent them straight to me.1but never the correct bushings I asked for. quick delivery, just wrong pieces. so I have to purchase a rim for $155 to receive the actual bushings I need that they charged me $55 for.i had the rims put on by selanco cycles mechanic, and the bushings in the rim they sent ,came out mid-ride home from mechanic shop, now bike fresh out of shop, I paid $200 to have wheels put on properly and $155 for rim, and it didnt even make it home before it almost took my leg, I feel properly serviced and robbed all at the same time.

My order was doubled due to a computer glitch. They were quick to fix it when I emailed. They didn't have the color I ordered which was a little odd but not a huge deal. The go kart I ordered has 2 seatbelts and I expected it to be same size as another go kart we have that looks similar... But my youngest daughter (11 years old) barely fits in it. I was surprised and disappointed by how small it is. It was funny that there was a warning sticker on it saying not for use if you're less than 16 years old... Because my 14, 16, and 17 year old kids can't even fit in it! Just be aware these go-karts and mini atvs are very small and if you have teens you/ and they will be disappointed with the size. Also, the go kart has a gear shift to go into reverse , neutral, or drive and after 2 days it automatically accelerates when you turn it on without pushing the gas pedal. Aside from those issues, my youngest and her young friends have had a lot of fun riding them around. Can't give more than 3 stars due to the various issues I mentioned above.

The company did their part. They built a tbr7 and sent it to me in Maryland. Bike arrived in good condition. Happy with the bike so far. Havent been able to test ride as the mco was lost in the mail. Thats totaly on Postal service. Txpowersports sent my mco expedited shipping. Been 8 days and usps says its still in transit. If not for bad shipping this purchase would have went alot better.

Paid extra to speed up shipping. Still took 2 weeks and multiple phone calls and emails. Package was good. Website not bad when ordering. After ordered no way to track progress. Love the bike but feel that the staff could have helped more in the shipping.
