The only problem I have had is the delivery. The trucking company SAISA mislead me as to delivery time and day. They showed up 6 days after they called and said they would be here the next day. I know you have no control over an unreliable transit company but I would have to think hard before I would buy anything from you is it was delivered by you current carrier. The other thing is I received any paperwork yet. In short ordering the bike was easy getting it was very frustrating.

I ordered two 110cc four wheelers. Recieved them in a timely manner. Although I have tried contacting the company. They have not returned my emails or my calls. The one was damaged and missing parts I had to go and buy parts just to put them together. I think it would be a better company if they sent all the parts needed and if they would answer their phones.

Took too long to arrive

The website navigation could really use some improvement, and since I was looking for replacement parts, it would have to been nice to filter by make, model, and year, as it was, I wasn't sure I was definitely getting the correct parts until it arrived.

Not very good photos of color selections, slower than expected shipment, stripped screws fell out in transport and paint worn off storage box. Get what you pay for.
