The bike it's self is fine,my son loves it great first bike, but it was put together all wrong,an lots of scratches, the package had huge holes all over,so I guess 3.5 would be my star rating.

Ordered online for local pickup.

Ordered online for local pickup. When I arrived two days later, the specific item that I ordered (and paid for) was not available. Niether was the second option that was selected. The excuse was, "we've had a lot of people come in and order bikes." But once I pay for a specific size, color, etc. , and the website says its in stock, either set it aside or call and let me know it is not available. Thats just good business.

The product was not as

The product was not as preassembled as your own videos show it will arrive. As this is my third Chinese bike i chose not to get the assembly package. Some of the wires that were preassembled, were actually miswired. No instruction manual. Have a leftover cotter pin - where does that go. Finally got the bike running, has logged 22 miles. I rate this okay because i like the way you handled temp tags and pricing. But what you sent was not what was expected. I approved the color change to get the delivery quicker. Your video says it will come this way, it didn't. You can find these parts here - no, didn't happen. Catalytic converter just flopping around. Key component to the rear brake, sitting on the bottom of the crate. Your sales guy called us idiots because it took 14 hours to assemble. The driver said front tire, handle bar and fenders and trim - easy. No we had to adjust the forks so the kickstand would hold the bike and so much more. Plus check all the electrical connections to make the bike started.
