Better Customer Service Needed

I called for a part and they weren't really helpful. They end up saying they were to busy and hung up the phone. I asked if the item I wanted was in stock and told me I would get it within 1 day, but the order didn't get released until I called again to ask for tracking. The item came unboxed and the labels were stick directly onto the product so when I installed the part, I had a hard time trying to get all the labels off the product. Also, this part I purchased was expensive and could have been easily stolen. This was left on my front door without any signature required.

The order arrived on time,

The order arrived on time, but it was the wrong switch. I order a replacement switch for a 2002 Celica for the sunroof and inter dome light. The switch only controls the sunroof and not the light.

Purchasing wiper blades

I purchased 3 wiper blades for my 2017 hylander on 2/2/22. On 3/17/22, six weeks later, a shipping label was finally created because I was told one of the blades had been on back order. I fully understand the availability issue with parts due to Covid. My credit card was charged on 2/3/22 for this purchase. I should not have been charged until order was shipped. Now on 3/18/22 I receive THIS survey asking me if I’m happy with my purchasing experience and my product which I probably won’t receive for another 10 to 14 days. How about sending out this survey once you know I’ve received my product? Hopefully you can understand my one star rating. ☹️

Mirror cover

I ordered a mirror cover assembly for my 2016 Toyota Tacoma (rear view mirror drivers side) It cracked recently so I wanted to replace it. The picture and description on your site was misleading or I didn’t get all the parts. I only received the top cover (the part that sits ontop of the directional indicator. I need the part of the mirror cover the sits under the directional indicator. So I called and sent an email to your customer service which is super slow to respond. I finally received and email back inquiring about my issue. I then responded with the details and have yet to hear back. It would be a lot easier if I could speak to someone and explain what I need. When I call your customer service “group” it goes to an persons individual email and they don’t respond.
