The parts didn’t arrived yet !!

Was not helped when arrived. Waited for 5 mins before the parts cashier decided to assist me.

I received a module for my heater. The part was faulty and their response to it was “sorry, we don’t return electrical items”. There goes $85, you live and learn I suppose.

It take forever to receive the part

Long wait for this part but not for Koons fault! You can’t find that specific part anywhere in USA due to shipping delays from wherever is made.
