Koons Toyota Tysons Corner

Order #2393: Brake line 47361-0C050 ($31.01) was not packaged well. Ends were not protected and left open to dirt / debris. One end had 90 degree bend and was kinked so brakeline could not be used. Had to buy another locally. When contacted Koons, was told I'd have to return the old one to get credit. May not be worth shipping back as shipping costs cut into my refund. Order 2408: I called and asked specifically if valve 47910-34070 came with a bleeder screw and was told it did not. So I ordered the bleeder screw separately (47547-27030; $4.03). When the valve was received, it did in fact come with a bleeder screw. So I basically wasted money buying the bleeder screw separate as I did not need to. Would appreciate a refund of ($31.01 + $4.03 = $35.04).

I ordered a muffler which arrived on my doorstep with nothing more than a label taped on the side - both ends were banged and one bent - though I hope it will still be functional. For a $400 part a box would have been a great investment…

I kept asking for an invoice but they never responded.

To much delay on the delivery. When I did my order, regular shipping was on February 23rd. Now its already March 4rth and I haven't receive them.

I purchased carpet floor mats for my 2021 Venza on January 8, 2022. I live in Delaware. My mats left Virginia and went to a postal distribution center in Greensboro NC. I was notified today, January 28th that they’re now in a distribution center in Philadelphia, PA. Pretty sad. With a little luck maybe they’ll be delivered sometime in February. Hopefully.
