Customer edacity is important.
I was not notified my part was ready for pickup. I had to call to get the part status. Upon my arrival at the parts counter I had to wait 5 minutes while the counter person sorted through invoices. After 5 minutes I interrupted the counter guy, gave the reason for my visit. I presented a copy of the original email order and he simply handed me the part. The counter guy was not attentive to my needs.
