NOT OEM device.

Bought a key and it was defective, but I also bought the wrong key as well so I reordered a new one. When I reached out to explain this, they took the key back and charged a restocking fee + shipping charge. I know that’s listed on their site under their return policy, but the key was already defective. Would not recommend. Better off ordering off of Amazon or Ebay.

I expected a oem Honda key wit emblem on the backside but it was a black key with no emblems on it…

They sent me the key fob with broken screw, the lock and unlock button are working fine, but the car engine won't start. I contacted them, they said, they will charge shipping cost and restocking fee. Terrible customer service. They said outside isn't OEM but inside is OEM. I don't know what they mean.
