Key fob is in really bad shape. Badly scared with the lettering worn off. The ad description stated the fob to be in excellent condition. Total waste of money.

I am trying to return a key that I ordered. I haven’t even taken it out of the package. When I told them I was looking for a return they insisted on an exchange. I made it clear the exchange they were trying to make was not what I wanted to do. After I told them they proceeded to ghost me. Bad customer service… the shipping was okay I’m pretty sure my package was delayed though.

You guys don't answer calls. Left a message about the wrong key you sent me and got no response.

Tried to get the fob OEM sold me programmed by locksmith. It would not program and also deprogrammed my original one and only fob. I therefore had to have my Nissan towed to dealership. The dealership reprogrammed my original fob, tried to program the OEM fob and then told me it would not program because it was not even an Nissan Fob! It cost me hundreds of dollars to fix my original fob and go without my Nissan for 3 days. I then called ORM and requested a return label to get my money back for the fake fob and I was promised the return label would be emailed yo me. Never happened until after I reported it to my Discover card who credited me and took the money back from OEM. Got some action out of them!
