Ordered it online needing it within two weeks, ofcourse was informed a week later it's on back order.. month later still nothing..

Both saddle bags had paint defects. One had a big run in the clear coat and the other one was scratched.

This has been my first and could be my last purchase from Hogworkz. I did get part of my order fairly quick. However the main thing ordered from you was the Blackout 7" LED headlight. My order was placed on August 31st. I did receive an email that it would be shipped a week late. Ok I thought, but when it hadn't been delivered September 11th. I called, and the reason / excuse was that FedEx had not picked it up. Well, here we are now a complete 2 weeks after the order was placed and I still don't have the light. And I was told that it would be shipped that day. So much for customer service. Jim Hopkins.

could not use the first hole shock hit the frame bolt. using the second I had to cut and grind most of the first hole for clearance.

2 stars because customer service was good and responsive. 1st order was shipped but the parts were wrong. They made good on it. When correct part was received it came without assembly instructions. They sent me a link to another site for instructions. Once installed, the quick connect locking device fell apart on first ride. Low quality.
