It does look very nice but does not line up with the stock thrrad pattetn for the winshield sctrews, it takes two people to push and alighn the holes so the brass does not get stripped. Also the the fuel guage and alternatir guage holes are a little sloppy and I had to use silicone to keep them from rattling

I placed my order over two weeks before I needed it and was not informed at that time of any expected delays. I called customer service over a week later and it was like I reminded them that I placed an order and they had to ship it. Rep acted like no big deal, we will get that out today. This was very disappointing. Product arrived as described but without instructions.

I should have sent it back, product seems cheap and it was missing several pieces and once I got them they were mismatched

I recently ordered a couple smaller parts for my 14 Street Glide that I needed and needed quick so I decided to go with HogWorks after some reviews and talking to customer service on the phone ensuring my parts would be at the door in 2 business days. Well it took 2 weeks, due to parts being out of stock that I was told were in stock. Once the parts came in I was told 2 days, well 2 days later I call and they are still looking through inventory, same thing 3 days later, 2 days after that and my parts have shipped... but by ground not express. They lost my business I will be going else where to buy my stretched saddlebags and fender and black out headlight. I was issued a $9 refund on a $100 order but it wasn't worth it

I ordered the four point docking hardware and a quick detach mount for a tour pack. It was for a 2014 Ultra Classic. It's hard to see in the pics but, the stock bolts on the tour pack are 8.5" apart and the holes on the bracket were 6.5" apart. Clearly not the correct bracket for that bike. I even compared it to my 2016 Road Glide Ultra and would not fit that either. Thank you for the response. Mike
