4 inch stretched Vivid black bags and Fender overlay

The order was easy my parts came very quick. When I opened up my Vivid black stretched bags. The first thing I noticed that they weren't true dual block bags. I ordered bags that had no cutouts. These were bags with cut outs originally and they put the block off kit at the bottom. On further inspection of the paint called it wasn't a show paint you could see through the paint where the exhaust cutouts were deleted. The fender overlay was good quality and decent paint especially for the price. Unfortunately they told me the next set of bags if they were to exchange him would be the same way. So I returned the bags and they paid for the shipping which I was happy about. Unfortunately they told me we only provide one shipping label. So then I was stuck with the $313 fender that I have no use for any more. It would cost me $198 to ship it back. Luckily one of the sales team members there told me they would send me another shipping label but they would split the cost. I guess it's better than nothing but still pretty disappointing. Hogworkz is a big company they sell many products in j n p cycles. I figured they would have sent me another return label on the house period for good customer service.

Baggs

I bought two 4" vivid black baggs stretched and they sent me two left baggs. I had to wait a week to get them just to get 2 lefts. On top of that disappointment, it's taking another week for the right side to get hear. At least they could've done was sent it overnight. Kinda disappointed down hear in Florida

5 Star Headlight...3 Star Mount

I installed the Daymaker on 2012 FLHX so needed the mount kit. I had to file the screw holes in the metal mounting plate where it mounts to the fairing just so I could get the light to mount striaght. I turned in the aiming screws so there was tension on the springs and adjusted the headlight in my dark garage and the light output is impressive. Road 9 hours to Sturgis the next day and when I got there my light was looking for airplanes. The aiming screw that controls left to right would not stay where I put it. I ended up using locktite. We we will see if it hold. A better designed mount more like stock should be engineered to match th quality of the light. Great for trailer queens, but speand the extra money for the real deal Harley if you ride your bike.
